Types of Space Rentals
Hourly
Each of Soar’s spaces can be rented on an hourly or daily basis. Bookings start at a minimum of 1 hour and can be reserved up to a full day rental being 5+ hours or until our closing time.
Weekly & Monthly
Our spaces can also be rented on a weekly and monthly basis depending on current availability. Check our booking scheduler below for up to date availability.
Booking Tips - Weekly & Monthly
Choose the All Day rental option for the space
Once you select the first day of your reservation and the start time, a prompt with 3 options will appear
Select any equipment add-ons
Choose the option Select and make recurring
Under Repeat, click the drop down arrow and choose Daily
Select the number of days you’d like to book the space. For example, Monday - Friday is 5 days, so you would choose 5
Click on See Availability
Click on Add Appointments
Click on Continue to go to checkout.
Book the Space
Quick Tips
To get started, select the space of your choosing.
Then choose the length of time of your reservation.
Next select the date and start time for your booking from the calendar.
If you’d like to add additional time to your reservation, click on the start time of your booking and then click on “Select and add another time” to increase the amount of hours for your booking that day.
To make a recurring booking (like for a class), click on “Select and make recurring” to make this booking repeat.
Once you are done selecting your date(s) and time(s) of your booking(s), click on “Select and continue” to finish the booking process

Each room reservation (excluding the small and large dance studios) includes 2 tables and 10 chairs. You can request additional tables and chairs during the booking process.

Flexible Space
Are you an aerialist looking for a space to practice or teach a private lesson?
Point rentals are available for individual aerial practice or private aerial instruction in the Great Room, Small Dance Studio, Large Dance Studio, Kitchen and Warehouse.
Interested in booking more and saving more? Buy one of our Point Rental Packages.
Please note that point rentals are NOT a private rental for the entire room. Due to its discounted cost, we can book multiple point rentals / bookings per space.
A point rental booking covers a private practice or private instruction of 1 student. Two or more students are an additional $20 per student.
Soar also retains the right to move your point rental from your preferred space to another one based on our overall booking schedule.
Point rentals can be booked in the scheduler in the Submit a Booking Request section below under Flexible Spaces. A 3% convenience fee is added to the price. You MUST have aerial insurance to book any type of point rental.
Buyouts
Dream big, without limits
Book a buyout for your reservation and soar beyond the confines of a single room for an unparalleled experience.
Kitchen & Warehouse Buyout: 3,400 sq feet of open, multi-purpose space complete with full modern kitchen with outdoor deck, industrial warehouse space and 8 ft tall dock entrance.
Main Building Buyout: 8,200+ sq feet of artistic space including the kitchen, warehouse, and 2 mirrored dance studios.
Buyout Booking Tips
Choose the length of time rental option for the space
Select any equipment add-ons
Once you select the day of your reservation and the start time, a prompt with 3 options will appear
If you want to add time to your reservation, choose the option Select and add another time
This will add more time of the same length. For example, a 3 hour reservation can become a 6 hour reservation
When you’re ready to move on, click on Select and Continue to go to checkout

Tips for Booking with Soar
We know you’re going to love our creative spaces! Our staff is ready to assist you with your reservation.
Before you get started, we ask that you read these booking tips.
How to make a Booking
Select the space and the amount of time for your rental in the scheduler below. Then select the date & time of your reservation and choose any add-ons. You can also choose to make your reservation recurring, add another time & date for the same space, or add additional hours in the same hour increments.
PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE SETUP AND CLEANUP TIME IN YOUR BOOKING - IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE ADDED TO YOUR RESERVATION.
Food, Beverage & Alcohol
Food and beverages are only allowed in certain rooms (Kitchen, Warehouse, & Great Room). Hard alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted on Soar’s premises.
Amplified Music & Shoes
Amplified music is only permitted in certain rooms ( Great Room and the Kitchen & Warehouse when jointly reserved - no amplified music when either kitchen or warehouse are rented separately).
Some of Soar’s spaces have specialty dance flooring on which shoes are not permitted. These spaces are the small dance studio and the great room when marley flooring is down.
Add-ons & Creative Packages
Your reservation at Soar is customizable to your needs. Need a stage, speaker, additional chairs, etc…? Soar offers add-ons to your reservation for an additional fee(s).
Wanting that artistic feel for your occasion but not sure where to start? Ask us about hiring one of our performers for your booking!
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, renters must cancel their booking 30 days or more in advance of the reservation. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancellations 7 - 29 days prior to the reservation can receive a 50% refund via the method paid during booking.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the reservation are non-refundable and ineligible to receive a credit for a future booking.
For renters who accepted a special rate on your reservation, you forfeit the right to any refund if cancellation happens less than 30 days prior to reservation.
Other Policies

The last stage of the rental booking process is electronically signing the Rental Space Agreement Waiver. Please read this waiver in its entirety before submitting your reservation request.

Each reservation includes 30 minutes of cleanup time after the reservation ends at no additional charge. You must walk the space with a staff member and have them sign off on this list prior to departure.
If you need more than 30 minutes for cleanup, please let a reservations associate know in advance of your booking so they can adjust the time of your reservation accordingly.

Onsite parking is provided, but may be limited during peak hours. Carpooling and rideshare are encouraged.
