The Space

Our in-person studios are conveniently located North of the Dallas Design District at 1337 Chemical Street (Soar Main) and 1350 Chemical Street (Soar Too).  We are easily accessible from I-35, Dallas N. Tollway, & I-30. Booking hours are 6am -12am, seven days per week. Free Tours can be booked in the scheduler at the bottom of the Book Space page (no drop-ins, please).

• All spaces are fully heated/air conditioned and come with complimentary Wifi access. Up to two tables and ten chairs are included with each reservation. Additional equipment rentals are available for a fee.

• Onsite parking is provided, but may be limited during peak hours. Carpooling and rideshare are highly encouraged. Please click here for a map of available parking options.

• Amplified music and food/beverage are allowed only in certain studios. Please see room descriptions below for details. Hard alcohol is not permitted.

Descriptions of each studio are listed below along with hourly and daily rental rates and available amenities. Additional studios are available for long-term renters.
