Please be reminded that your reservation includes 30 minutes of cleanup time after the reservation ends at no additional charge. You must walk the space with a staff member and have them sign off on this list prior to departure. If you need more than 30 minutes for cleanup, please let a reservations associate know in advance of your booking so they can adjust the time of your reservation accordingly. 

Post Event Cleanup Checklist

  • Remove all food and personal/vendor items brought into the space

  • Return any items borrowed from Soar to the onsite staff member

  • Sweep all floors

  • Mop if any liquid has spilled

  • Remove any decorations and adhesive from walls 

  • Wipe down all countertops (if applicable)

  • If fridge, stove, and/or microwave were used please wipe down any spills or messes

  • Check that all used appliances are off and fridge door fully closed

  • Break down tables/chairs and place them against wall of room 

    • Please wipe down tables and chairs before breaking them down if necessary

  • Empty trash bins and place trash bags in dumpster - do not overfill dumpster, ask staff member for assistance if needed

  • Place clean trash bags in trash cans

  • Check all parking lots where guests parked and pick up trash


Please note that spaces incompletely cleaned nor signed off with a staff member may incur a $50 clean up fee. Thank you so much for your assistance and cooperation.
