How to Book a Performer
Accommodations
Tips for Booking a Performer
We know you’re going to love our performers! We will match you with a performer (s) who will best meet your event’s creative vision.
Before you get started, we ask that you read these booking tips.
Act Length
Our performers are typically booked in hour increments starting with 1 hour and going up to 4 hours.
If your event requires performance acts for more than 4 hours, we will book you an additional performer (s) at an additional rate.
Costumes & Music
Our performers are committed to bringing your creative vision to life.
From a custom choreographed routine to music of your choice to wearing a costume that coordinates to your event’s theme, we’re here to make your experience magical.
Dressing rooms / spaces may be requested. For stilt walkers, a tall space (like a stage) is needed so that the stilts can be put on.
Many of our performers are located in the Dallas- Fort Worth, Texas area. If the event is outside of the performer’s home base, travel / lodging may be requested.

Billing & Cancellation Policy
To secure a performer, payment must be made in full at the time invoice is sent.
To receive a full refund, bookings must be canceled 30 days or more in advance of the reservation.
Cancellations 7-29 days prior to the reservation can receive a 50% refund via the method paid during booking.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the reservation are non-refundable and ineligible to receive a credit for a future booking.
If you accepted a special rate on your booking, you forfeit the right to any refund if cancellation happens less than 30 days prior to the reservation.
