Soar Main is located on the left most side of our facilities. This building is home to our various creative studios and kitchen.
Main Kitchen
Full, open kitchen with wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, & modern concrete floors. Ample room for a plethora of artistic activities. *Access to outdoor deck. Located in finished creative rehearsal and event space, easily accessible from I-35, Dallas N. Tollway, & I-30.

Warehouse
A blank canvas with a world of possibilities! Our 1800 sq ft. unfinished warehouse space is part of an 8200 sq ft. beautifully finished artistic rehearsal, collaboration, & event space. Features exposed brick on one wall. Vast open space with two dock doors (one to exterior & interior) for easy loading/unloading of equipment & set pieces. Climate controlled for hot Texas summers! Convenient to I-35, Dallas, & I-30.

Dance Studio
Perfect for dance, theater, aerial, circus, improv, and more. 336 sq ft open space with 14 ft ceilings, mirrored wall, and sprung hardwood dance floor. Located within a beautifully finished artistic rehearsal and event space with a full kitchen, outdoor deck, recording studio, and more. Easily accessible from I-35, Dallas North Tollway, and I-30. NO STREET SHOES ON FLOORING. Please ask for assistance with floor adaptation.
